Parliament supports Ukraine's withdrawal from the CIS Agreement on cooperation in customs affairs

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Withdrawal from the Agreement on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Affairs" dated April 15, 1994, submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
This is one of a number of draft laws aimed at bringing Ukraine's contractual legal framework into line with the current state of relations within the CIS. The bill was developed based on the results of the analysis of international treaties of Ukraine, conducted in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine.
