The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution ensuring the use of the Trust List for mutual recognition of e-trust services between Ukraine and the European Union.

It also recognized that the Resolution of November 22, 2022 Nº 1311 “On the implementation of a pilot project on mutual recognition of electronic trust services between Ukraine and the European Union” has expired.

This brings Ukrainian legislation closer to the requirements of European and international standards.

The Resolution regulates the recognition of foreign public key certificates and electronic signatures, as well as their use in the course of interaction between entities of different countries. Overall, this is another step towards Ukraine's integration into the global digital information space.

The draft resolution was developed with the participation of the International Technical Assistance Project “EU Support for the Digital Transformation of Ukraine” (DT4UA).
