    Distinguished colleagues, fellow Ukrainians.

This week, a Government team has visited the city of Zagreb.

Croatia is one of our major allies in Europe, offering active assistance in various areas.

First of all, it provides military support. Yesterday, the Croatian Government decided to allocate another package of military and technical assistance. In the near future, these weapons will reinforce our army on the battlefield.

We are grateful to the Government of Croatia and the Croatian people for that.

With Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, we also discussed the issues of expanding energy cooperation, humanitarian demining of Ukraine, and toughening sanctions against the russian aggressor.

We will promote cooperation in the gas sector. We offered Croatia to use our underground gas storage facilities to store the natural gas they receive through the LNG terminal on the island of Krk.

We have already received 67 Croatian mine-clearing machines in Ukraine. We have also started manufacturing them and their components in Ukraine. We are going to expand our production capacity and our cooperation.

In addition, we have agreed that this year Croatia will host an international conference to support Ukrainian veterans.

Thanks to this initiative, we will mobilise additional resources from our partners to expand funding for the new veterans' policy being pursued by our Government.

The visit to Croatia is part of the policy of enhancing bilateral relations with our allies. It is about building unique formats of cooperation and finding new opportunities to empower our army and our country.

This work is ongoing in all parts of the world.

Today, the Government is to submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on ratification of the Framework Agreement between Ukraine and the United Kingdom to support the development of our defence capabilities.

Under this Agreement, the UK will provide us with up to GBP 2 billion for the purchase of air defence systems, air defence missiles, as well as for the organisation of repair bases for military equipment and other weapons. These bases would be located in Ukraine

This funding will help Ukraine enhance its defence capabilities.

We are grateful to the Government and people of the UK for they support us on the way towards our victory.

Meanwhile, we continue to allocate all domestic resources to finance our army.

In January of this year, all taxes paid by citizens and businesses to the state budget were used to finance the defence and security of our country.

Thanks to the support of our partners, the Government is fully funding all other key budget expenditures.

Pensions for January have been paid in full. Almost UAH 62 billion has been paid. No delays.

This month, UAH 5 billion has been allocated to finance subsidies. We provide this support to everyone who needs it.

On 29 January, we launched a subsidy for renting housing for internally displaced persons. This is part of the Winter Support programme initiated by the President of Ukraine.

IDPs who spend more than 20% of their income on rent can apply for a subsidy.

Applications can be submitted at a service centre of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or at a CASP, as well as online on the PFU website.

Supporting each other in difficult times is an integral element of our resilience and success as a State. This also applies to support at the community level

This year we have established the Cohesive Communities National Unifying Platform part of the Shoulder to Shoulder project and today we adopt a decision to launch a pilot project to strengthen cooperation between our hromadas.

We introduce a concept of an ‘outpost community’ - these are communities located within a 100-kilometre zone from the frontline, as well as from the border with russia.

The project is aimed to involve as many rear-guard communities as possible in supporting the outpost communities.

This can be done through the conclusion of special agreements under which humanitarian, social, medical, logistical, financial and other assistance will be provided.

This is a vital step to demonstrate our unity and mutual assistance.

This is what makes us stronger.

Support each other. Support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Together, shoulder to shoulder, we will withstand and win.

Thank you for your attention. Glory to Ukraine!
