    Fellow Ukrainians, distinguished colleagues.

Today, I had a very fruitful and friendly meeting with the Prime Minister of Lithuania, Ingrid Šimonytė.

We talked about President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Peace Formula, the recovery of Ukraine, energy security and the confiscation of frozen russian assets.

We also paid a lot of attention to military cooperation. We are planning to work on creating joint military production facilities, in particular ammunition and drones.

This is our ambitious goal. Production of modern weapons, equipment and various military technologies with all our major allies.

A separate set of issues is the promotion of Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic and European integration. In both directions, we have the full support of the Lithuanian Government.

Since the beginning of russia's full-scale invasion, Lithuania has provided over EUR 1 billion in assistance to Ukraine.

In recent months, we have received armoured vehicles, ammunition, radar equipment, and maritime radars. In November, Lithuania handed over two launchers of the NASAMS air defence system. They are already in combat service.

Lithuania is now laying the groundwork for long-term military support for Ukraine. According to the Prime Minister, a three-year plan for military and other types of assistance to Ukraine is to be approved.

"On behalf of the Government, I would like to thank the Lithuanian people for their constant support of Ukraine, for the high level of solidarity in our struggle for freedom and independence.

Today, the President, the Government, diplomats, civil society, everyone is working to ensure that the pro-Ukrainian coalition in the world is as strong and united as ever.

We can see the results of this work almost every day.

This week, the EU has provided Ukraine with another tranche of macro-financial assistance worth EUR 1.5 billion.

Yesterday, the state budget was granted USD 400 million from the United Kingdom through the World Bank Trust Fund.

The funds from our allies we will direct to social payments, pensions, salaries for doctors and teachers, and critical needs of our state.

Today, the Government is to pass a decision that will allow Ukraine to attract a grant from Germany of nearly UAH 2 billion (EUR 50 million) to support the economy.

These funds will help the Government to continue to finance one of the most successful business support programmes - the 5-7-9 soft loan programme.

We thank our international partners for their assistance in economic recovery.

We can see the support of the world in terms of military and financial assistance, as well as food security.

We are a nation that had survived the Holodomor. We understand the consequences for the world if Ukraine stops exporting its agricultural products.

Tomorrow is the Holodomor Remembrance Day in Ukraine.

We will light candles of remembrance.

We will remember those killed by the famine caused by the communist regime.

90 years ago, Stalin and his cronies organised the genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Today, putin's russia, a successor to that communist regime, is just as eager to destroy Ukrainians and Ukraine.

That is why we must win.

For the sake of the memory of our ancestors.

For the sake of a free Ukraine today and a happy, independent European future for future generations.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Glory to Ukraine!
