On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations (UCCRO), Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal took part in a solemn meeting of the organization, where he congratulated the members of the Council on the significant date.

"Churches and religious organizations of Ukraine play a prominent role in the life of Ukrainian society, take an active part in solving a number of problems. Sociological research demonstrates a consistently high level of public confidence in the church and religious organizations in general. The consolidated position of the religious community has always been of utmost importance in the formation and implementation of Ukraine's state policy in various spheres of its public life," Denys Shmyhal underscored.

The Head of Government wished the UCCRO further prosperity, outstanding success and development of social and humanitarian projects for the benefit of Ukrainian society.
