During a working trip to Volyn region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal got acquainted with the work of the reconstructed admission department of the Medical Association of the Lutsk City Territorial Community.

The department of emergency assistance was reconstructed within the framework of the implementation of the President’s program "Great Construction". The department is built in accordance with the principle of separation of patient flows. At the entrance to the branch is a spacious reception hall. Temporary wards of patients, anti-shock operating rooms, intensive care units were established.

The Prime Minister was informed that this year the medical institution is among the ten best institutions of specialized care.

"The hospital receives more than 180,000 residents of the region, and it is important that they get all the necessary and quality medical services. "Thanks to the President's program" Great Construction ", the municipal company received a modern reception department, equipped with the necessary medical and diagnostic equipment," Denys Shmyhal stressed.

Under the agreement with the SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" communal enterprise "Medical Association of Lutsk City Territorial Community" received and installed a 64-slice CT and X-ray diagnostic system.

During August-October, the staff of the department took certified courses in emergency medical care in the framework of the project of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "Improving health care at the service of people."
