The Government has improved the Unified Digital Management System for the Reconstruction Process. During a CMU session, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal named three goals of this pilot project.

“The first is to speed up the reconstruction process and make it more inclusive. The second is to ensure transparency of processes and increase the trust of citizens and foreign partners. The third is to attract resources for recovery more effectively,” told the Head of Government.

According to the Prime Minister, the project's scope will be extended not only to infrastructure but also to construction and real estate. The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development will coordinate the project.

Besides, the Government has approved a resolution that upgrades and automates the functionality of the State Register of Rights.

"State registrars and entrepreneurs will be exempted from paying for extracts from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property. The principle of a "single window" will be implemented to obtain the right to building and state registration of ownership of the constructed object," said Denys Shmyhal.

The Prime Minister stressed that these decisions would contribute to the speedy recovery of Ukraine.
