At a meeting on 14 May, the Government decided to establish a Council for the Coordination of Activities of Central Executive Authorities. It will function within the framework of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal told.
"The Donor Coordination Platform plays a key role in attracting financial resources from partners. We are using this platform with maximum efficiency," stressed Denys Shmyhal.
Moreover, a corresponding Expert Council will be set up. According to the Prime Minister, these innovations will allow the Government to effectively coordinate its efforts, implement all planned reforms and receive support from our partners.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers has established the Strategic Investment Council, an advisory body to the Government.
"Its objectives are to form a single project portfolio of public investments, increase their efficiency, and develop proposals for improving the legislation," the Prime Minister said.
He stressed that it would be critical to have a clear view of how much, where and why the state invests and what it expects to achieve.
