The Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation in Borodyanka, Kyiv region, has recently been put into operation. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a Government meeting on 2 April.
"It will provide psychological and social support services, help people recover and return to normal life. To fulfil the task of the President of Ukraine, we plan to extend this experience to the whole of Ukraine," said Denys Shmyhal.
He stressed that the Government placed special emphasis on the medical needs of veterans. The Prime Minister also stressed the importance of maximising the convenience of undergoing the Medical Military Commission examination by the military.
"Here, in addition to digitalisation and de-bureaucratisation, inspections of commissions by the relevant ministry are ongoing. More than 53,000 medical expert files have already been checked. Violations have been recorded, recommendations have been provided, and each fact will receive appropriate response," the Head of Government noted.
The Prime Minister added that such inspections would become regular, and a new round would begin in April.
