Prime Minister: 350 war-affected educational institutions to receive funds from UNICEF

The Government has passed a decision to help Ukrainian schools affected by the war. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
"350 institutions will receive UAH 290,500 from UNICEF to modernise canteens, prepare for the winter, and repair engineering networks," the Prime Minister said.
The Government has also allocated a state subvention of UAH 56,900,000 for shelters for schools in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Kyiv regions. It also reallocated funds for the needs of healthcare sector. According to Denys Shmyhal, more than UAH 120,000,000 will be directed to repair hospitals and install autonomous water supply systems.
