Over 150,000 Ukrainians apply through Diia for UAH 6,500 Winter Support payment

More than 150,000 Ukrainians have already submitted applications via the Diia portal for the UAH 6,500 payment under the Winter Support programme, which is targeted at vulnerable groups.
“This assistance is for those who need it most during the difficult winter period,” said Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.
Applications can be submitted until 17 December 2025 – either online through Diia or in person at a Pension Fund office.
The funds can be spent within 180 days on essential items: warm clothing and footwear, medicines and vitamins.
