At the moment, local authorities, together with rescuers and the National Police, are carrying out evacuation measures in the flooded areas.

As of 15:00, about 1,300 people have been evacuated.

According to preliminary information, 13 settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River and more than 260 houses are currently flooded.

Psychologists of the Rescue Service are working at the points of assistance to the population.

The SES has created a reserve of forces and equipment to deal with the consequences of the emergency.
