The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories has translated into English the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation. It was approved by Order No. 309 of 22 December 2022 (as amended by Order No. 254 of 22 September 2023).

The translation was carried out following the instructions of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. The document is available here.

The initiative was implemented in order to:

• restore business activity in the de-occupied territories;
• reintegrate the most affected regions into Ukraine’s economic system;
• enable European banks to quickly check information on Ukrainian-controlled territories where companies are located and in whose favour they carry out transactions under foreign trade agreements.

It is also worth noting that the dashboard of the information system of the List of territories where military operations are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation has been updated. It works normally and displays information in Ukrainian and English.
