Day 468 of the russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Last night, the russian federation launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine yet again. The attack used 35x cruise missiles. However, all of them were intercepted in mid-air by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

During the day of June 5, the adversary launched 4x missile and 64x air strikes, 64x MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the attacks caused civilian casualties on top of the destroyed infrastructure.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains very high.

The adversary continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts. During the day of June 5, there were more than 40x combat engagements.

Volyn, and Polissya axes: no significant changes or signs of the formation of offensive groups were found. The republic of belarus continues to support the russian armed aggression – training of enemy units continues at belarusian training grounds.

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary continues to maintain military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. During the day of June 5, the enemy launched a missile strike on the city of Kharkiv, using 3x S-300 missiles. Also, the invaders launched air strikes in the areas of Seredyna-Buda (Sumy oblast), Ohirtseve, and Hatyshche (Kharkiv oblast). The occupant forces fired mortars and artillery on the settlements of Seredyna-Buda, Baranivka, Bunyakyne, Stari Vyrky, Atynske, Volfyne, Obody, Yastrubyne, Kindrativka, Myropillya, Krasnopillya, Velyka Pysarivka, Shevchenkove, Oleksandrivka (Sumy oblast), Basove, Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Huryiv Kozachok, Udy, Veterynarne, Vysoka Yaruha, Hlyboke, Lukyantsi, Starytsya, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Pletenivka, Vovchansk, Mykolaivka, Nesterne, Budarky, Zarubynka, Shevyakivka, Odradne (Kharkiv oblast).

Kupyansk axis: Kolodyazne, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Kutkivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kyslivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast), and Novoselivske (Luhansk oblast) came under enemy artillery and mortar fire during the day of June 5.

Lyman axis: during the day of June 4, the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the vicinity of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast). The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Nevske (Luhansk oblast) and Spirne (Donetsk oblast). Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Verkhnokamyanske, Torske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast) were shelled with artillery.

Bakhmut axis: the adversary conducted offensive operations towards Ivanivske, to no success. The invaders’ missile attack on a residential area of the settlement of Komyshuvakha destroyed residential buildings. Also, the occupant forces launched air strikes in the vicinities of Toretsk and Bila Hora (Donetsk oblast). The vicinities of settlements of Vasyukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Bila Hora, Dyliivka, and New York (Donetsk oblast) suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

During the day of June 5, as a result of coordinated actions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the enemy’s irreversible losses on Lyman and Bakhmut axes exceeded 160x people, with about 230x occupants wounded. Enemy losses in weapons and military equipment amounted to 28x units.

Avdiivka axis: the adversary made an unsuccessful offensive towards the settlements of Avdiivka, Sjeverne, and Nevelske. The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities Avdiivka (Donetsk oblast). The occupant forces fired artillery at the settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Lastochkyne, Sjeverne, Pervomaiske, Karlivka, and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).

Maryinka axis: Ukrainian defenders repelled numerous enemy attacks in the vicinity of the city of Maryinka, inflicting major casualties on the enemy. The estimated losses of the occupants during the day of June 5 on this axis alone amounted to about 70x killed and more than 100x wounded. Also, 17x units of enemy equipment were destroyed. At the same time, the enemy carried out air strikes on Maryinka, fired artillery at the settlements of Hostre, Heorhiivka, Maryinka, Pobjeda, Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast).

Shakhtarske axis: the enemy conducted offensive operations towards Novosilka, to no success. The invaders launched an air strike in the vicinity of settlement of Velyka Novosilka. The occupiers shelled the settlements of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Novoukrainka, and Vremivka (Donetsk oblast). At the same time, the Ukrainian troops shot down 1x Ka-52 helicopter of the enemy on this axis.

Zaporizhzhia and Kherson axes: the adversary stays on the defensive. The invaders launched an air strike on Beryslav (Kherson oblast). The occupant forces fired artillery at the settlements of Burlatske, Novosilka, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Temyrivka (Donetsk oblast), Olhivske Poltavka, Malynivka, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Bilohirya, Mala Tokmachka Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Novoandriivka Shcherbaky, Stepove, Kamyanske (Zaporizhzhia oblast), Kozatske, Mykilske, Molodizhne, Dniprovske (Kherson oblast), and the city of Kherson.

During the day of June 5, Ukrainian Air Force launched 19x air strikes on the concentrations of troops and as 5x air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary.

During the day of June 5, the Ukrainian defenders intercepted 10x reconnaissance UAVs and 6x UAVs of various types.

During the day of June 5, missile and artillery units hit 2x command posts, 12x concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment, 1x ammunition depot, 1x anti-aircraft missile system, 12x enemy artillery units at their firing positions, and 4x other important targets.
