
Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection
According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of June 30, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 705 (28 children out of this number, 18 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2 676 654 people have been vaccinated.
Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 1,965,660 people have been vaccinated. On June 30, 2021, 93,186 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 31,413 – CoronaVac vaccine, 42,649 – Comirnaty vaccine, 19,124 – AstraZeneka, 0 - Janssen.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 464 persons, 51 patients died, 1,719 persons recovered. There have been conducted 49,038 testings (20,913 using the PCR method,
9,743 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 18,382).
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- 2 235 801 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
- 2 168 387 people recovered;
- 52 391 people died;
- 10 861 246 testings have been conducted.
