The Government possesses a strategy and a team to accomplish all the task assigned by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. 2020 is a year of efficiency, and we have laid the foundation for qualitative changes in the country. Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk made this statement at a briefing on the results of the Government session.

The PM added that today the Government approved the Report of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the progress and results of the implementation of the Government's Action Program. By February 14, the Cabinet of Ministers will submit a draft report to the Parliament for consideration by committees.

“People are our focus. That is why within five months our team has been working to make people feel positive changes from our work today, and not in 4-5 years,” said Oleksiy Honcharuk.

The PM stressed that due to a hand-in-glove work of the President, Parliament and Government, it became possible to reduce the cost of heating in over 100 Ukrainian cities to 30%.

Another example- "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program. The banks have already granted loans to the tune of more than UAH 10 million to Ukrainian entrepreneurs in less than two weeks since the launch of the program.

“Moreover, we have an absolutely unique situation in the country. There is no corruption at the top level in Ukraine today. We rooted out shadow schemes. A striking example of our uncompromising approach –the law enforcement officials exposed person offering USD 5 mln bribe to new head of the State Property Fund,” Oleksiy Honcharuk added.

The Prime Minister stressed that his team will continue to work to create better conditions for people and counteract all corruption inside and outside the system.
