Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk under the Decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy bestowed the Badge of the First Class of the Order of Princess Olga to Vice President of the European People's Party in the European Parliament Sandra Kalniete. The presentation took place during a visit to Brussels.

The Head of Government expressed his gratitude to Sandra Kalniete and the European People's Party for the consistent and reliable support of Ukraine in the European Parliament.

"Ukraine’s way towards the EU is difficult, long and challenging journey. Your invaluable support from the very heart of the eu contributes in making this way less thorny and substantially approaches our final destination, which is the eu. Ukraine highly values such partners and truly devoted friends.  That is why i fully support the decision of President Zelenkyy and am honored to fulfill this responsible mission", Oleksiy Honcharuk stressed.
