This week, Ukraine has placed Eurobonds – securities in which foreign and domestic investors invest - at a rather attractive rate. Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk said that on live broadcast during Savik Shuster's Freedom of Speech program.

“This is a clear message of trust in our country. They have never provided Ukraine with resources under such favorable conditions,” said Oleksiy Honcharuk.

According to the Prime Minister, people should feel the result of the Government's activities now and the team is working on it. In particular, negotiations are underway with the involvement of colleagues from Germany's major railway operator to gain their experience in improving the operation of Ukrzaliznytsia.

There are talented managers in Ukraine, but it is a global experience that is critical to sustain grow and develop faster.

The Head of Government also added that at today’s Government meeting the resolution to launch the program "Available Loans at 5-7-9%" for small and micro business had been approved. “From February 1, those who want to start their own business will have the opportunity to obtain a loan on favorable terms. And this is only the beginning," the Head of Government stressed.

The PM explained that every Ukrainian who wants to develop and open a startup would have a chance to come to the bank and get a loan on reasonable terms.
