Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Chernyshov commented to CNN and described the situation in the regions of Ukraine, as well as told about the future plans for the renovation of the country.

“Rebuilding the country will take a significant amount of time – and we will do it. First of all, we are now focused on priority steps to eliminate the consequences of hostilities in the de-occupied regions. This is, first of all, the restoration of supplies of electricity, water and heating, the basic construction and renovation works. This is very important for this moment.

Of course, we are concerned about the internally displaced people and people who have lost their homes because of the war. We have the strategies for solving the most important issue.”
