  • Oleksandr Kubrakov on visit to Washington to discuss the restoration and development of Ukrainian infrastructure

    Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kubrakov, together with the team of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, is visiting Washington D.C..

    According to him, a number of important meetings were held with the participation of the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA and the Ambassador of Ukraine in the USA. In particular, with US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, USAID Deputy Administrator for policy and programming Isobel Coleman, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfried as well as Head of the Office of Sanctions Coordination in the Biden administration Ambassador James O'Brien.

    The central theme of the meetings and negotiations is the restoration and development of Ukrainian infrastructure, the search for new logistical solutions in the face of unprecedented russian aggression.

    "We are united by common values and the struggle for freedom. We are grateful to our colleagues and partners for their steadfast position and systematic support of Ukraine," Oleksandr Kubrakov emphasized.
