During a regular meeting on September 16, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the National Anti-Corruption Strategy with a one-day finalizing. The Government had heard the document presentation at the previous meeting.

According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, which has not existed in Ukraine since 2017, must coordinate all branches of government to effectively combat and, most importantly, prevent corruption.

"We believe that all authorities, including the Parliament, will actively assist us in implementing the relevant changes," he said.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Strategy for Combating Organized Crime, as well as approved the main activities of the PJSC "State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine" for 2020 - 2024.

"We see that Ukreximbank's mission will be to create affordable lending tools for Ukrainian businesses that want to export their products abroad and conquer new markets. In other words, today's decision on Ukreximbank's development directions is part of the Government's broader program to support our exporters," the Prime Minister said.
