Contracts for the purchase of 43 ambulances for almost UAH 126.4 million concluded for funds raised through UNITED24

According to the decision of the commission on the allocation of funds to meet the needs of health care, Medical Procurement of Ukraine has concluded contracts for the purchase of 43 ambulances with a total value of UAH 126,385,000.00 for medical institutions for funds raised through the UNITED24 fundraising platform.

In total, 133 units have already been purchased. These are C-type ambulances equipped with everything necessary to transport seriously wounded.

"During the eleven months of full-scale war about 400 ambulances have been destroyed/damaged. Meanwhile, shelling of medical institutions and ambulances continues. And our medics continue to respond to calls everywhere. Therefore, new ambulances are an important need!" says Deputy Minister of Health for Digital Development Maria Karchevych.

As a reminder, most of the ambulances purchased for the funds raised through UNITED24 are already saving the lives of Ukrainians.
