The Ministry of Health is monitoring the situation with the payment of a 300% allowance to physicians working with COVID-19 patients. According to Minister Maksym Stepanov, in some regions, the payment was not made in full amount due to bureaucratic conflicts, but in the coming days, the funds for March will be paid in full. Payments for April will be made on a different mechanism and within the nearest time.

This was stated by the Minister of Health Maxym Stepanov at a daily briefing.

"As for the payments for March, there occurred bureaucratic problems that need to be resolved. Especially in those regions where payments were not made in full extent. This issue will be resolved in the coming days," Maksym Stepanov stressed.

According to the Minister, the issue of payment of 300% to physicians fighting COVID-19 is under the personal control of the President and the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Health, for its part, maintains constant communication with the regional leadership and monitors the situation regarding each medical institution and each medical worker.
