U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine negotiations Kurt Volker congratulated on the appointment of the Prime Minister and the new Government of Ukraine, expressing support for promoting reform and seeking to restore the country's territorial integrity.

Greetings and expectations for fruitful cooperation "in the interests of the people of Israel and Ukraine" were also received from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Ukraine Joel Lyon.

His counterpart from Armenia, Tigran Seyranian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Ukraine, congratulated the Ukrainian people on a new Government and expressed confidence that with joining efforts of the two countries would "give new impetus to mutual relations".
