In November, the Government attracted USD 2 billion of concessional financing from international partners:
- USD 1.6 billion from the EU;
- USD 400 million under the UK guarantee through the World Bank facility;
- USD 5 million from the World Bank.
In total, this year, about USD 37.4 billion of external financing has been attracted to meet the urgent needs of the state budget.
