The “Dodomu” platform reaches over 50,000 users across nearly 100 countries: Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity
The digital platform “Dodomu”, which helps Ukrainians abroad access verified information about opportunities in Ukraine and create a personalised return plan, has been visited by 52,000 users from nearly 100 countries worldwide. The highest number of visits has come from Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and Ukraine. The platform was launched in pilot mode in June 2026.
Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine for European Integration Ilona Havronska noted that the platform continues to operate in pilot mode. The Ministry therefore encourages users to submit feedback and suggestions through the feedback form, which will be taken into account as the platform is further developed and expanded.
“More than 50,000 visits in the first months of operation show that the ‘Dodomu’ platform is already responding to a real need. We continue to expand and improve it, update the list of available services, and add information about communities and opportunities in Ukraine. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty for Ukrainians who are planning to return now or may consider doing so in the future, and to help them make an informed decision when they are ready,” said Ilona Havronska.
The Deputy Minister added that the platform was developed with the support of international partners, without the use of funds from Ukraine’s state budget.
The platform brings together information on public services, social support available in Ukraine and other tools that can help people make informed decisions about return and reintegration. A dedicated section is devoted to the Unity Network, including Unity Hubs and partner organisations abroad, where Ukrainians can receive support and stay connected with Ukraine.
The platform also includes profiles of communities that are ready to receive and support people during the reintegration process. These profiles provide information on local services, infrastructure, available opportunities and contact details. Nearly 150 communities from different regions of Ukraine are already represented on the platform.
The “Dodomu” platform was developed within the YOUA – “Shaping New Pathways, Building Ukraine’s Future” project, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Government in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine. The platform’s technical developer is the NGO Technologies of Progress (TOP).
