Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity prepares targeted supplementary payment program for pensioners and social assistance recipients

The Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine is preparing a program to provide targeted support to Ukrainians who need it most.
As early as April, pensioners and social assistance recipients shall receive a one-time supplementary payment of UAH 1,500.
The supplement will be provided to:
- pensioners under the mandatory pension insurance system;
- recipients of disability benefits and low-income families;
- internally displaced persons who are recipients of social assistance;
- families with children and other recipients of basic social assistance.
No additional application is required to receive the assistance.
The funds shall be automatically credited to bank accounts or via Ukrposhta. Payments will be made within the framework of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity current budget programs.
