Financial and humanitarian assistance to evacuated Ukrainians and residents of liberated territories will be provided at the expense of funds that will be deposited into the humanitarian account of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine, opened in the National Bank of Ukraine.

The resolution, which ensures the creation of such an account, was adopted today at a meeting of the Government. Donor funds will be allowed to transfer to the account.

In particular, according to the decision of the commission to be set up under the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories, funds for the purchase of food, clothing, medicine, as well as for the evacuation of citizens and the arrangement of places for their compact accommodation, will be transferred to regional military administrations as needed.

The resolution will enter into force on November 1.
