If a citizen of Ukraine is staying abroad and did not have time to receive his/her passport or ID card ordered at a unit of the State Migration Service in time, these documents can now be obtained through foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine.
Documents can be delivered from Ukraine to the foreign diplomatic mission of your choice in two ways. More details on the options for delivery and receipt of documents can be found at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
