As of 29 December 2023, the Ministry of Finance has information on the approval of 1,545 budgets, which is 97% of the total number of budgets (1,597).

In particular, the following have been approved:

- 24 regional budgets and the budget of the city of Kyiv;

- 117 rayon budgets (2 have not been approved);

- 1,391 budgets of territorial communities (47 were not approved);

- 12 budgets of districts in cities (3 have not been approved)

It should be noted that as of today, the local budgets of Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernivtsi regions have been fully adopted.

In order to ensure the full functioning of public sector institutions, their continuous provision of services to consumers, etc., local governments need to take measures to speed up the process of approving local budgets and submit information on their approval to the Ministry of Finance using the LOGICA IAS.
