  • Ministry of Finance: During the martial law within the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" there have been issued 9,684 soft loans to the tune of UAH 36.45 billion

    Last week, 481 soft loans totaling UAH 1.25 billion were issued within the framework of the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%", including by banks of the public sector of the economy has been concluded 433 loan agreements to the tune of 0.724 billion.

    Since the start of the Program, as of June 20, 2022, business entities have received 44,506 loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 126.07 billion, of which 28,220 – by banks of the public sector of economy to the tune of UAH 47.80 billion.

    During the period of martial law in Ukraine under the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%" there were concluded 9,684 loan agreements totaling UAH 36.45 billion (including by public sector banks - 7,744 loan agreements amounting to UAH 21,57 billion), of which:

    - UAH 0.35 bn – for investment purposes;

    - UAH 3.62 bn – as anti-crisis loans;

    - UAH 2.77 bn – as refinancing of previously obtained credits;

    - UAH 19.29 bn – loans for agricultural producers;

    - UAH 10.40 bn – anti-military purposes.

    The program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The only participant of the EDF is the Government of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund's activities.

    To date, the EDF has concluded cooperation agreements with 42 banks under the State Program "Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%".
