Ministry of Finance: Almost UAH 2.5 trillion received by the general fund of the State Budget in nine months

According to operational data from the State Treasury Service, UAH 195.9 billion was received by the general fund of the State Budget in September 2026.

Among payments administered by the tax and customs authorities, the main revenues came from:
• UAH 57.2 billion – value-added tax on goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine;
• UAH 36.9 billion – value-added tax on goods produced in Ukraine (UAH 46.8 billion collected, UAH 9.9 billion refunded);
• UAH 24.0 billion – excise tax;
• UAH 20.3 billion – personal income tax;
• UAH 5.9 billion – import and export duties;
• UAH 4.3 billion – corporate income tax;
• UAH 3.4 billion – subsoil use rent payments.

Another important source of revenue for the general fund of the State Budget in September was international assistance (grants) received by Ukraine, in the amount of UAH 34.5 billion.

In total, UAH 518.4 billion in taxes, fees and other payments was received by the general and special funds of the State Budget in September 2026.
