In October, the Ministry of Finance made inter-budgetary transfers to local budgets in the amount of UAH 16.3 billion, which is 91.1% of the allocations envisaged in the budget plan for October, in particular:

• the basic subsidy was transferred in the amount of UAH 1.8 billion (100% of the allocation plan);
• additional subsidies were transferred in the amount of UAH 2.7 billion (100% of the allocation plan).

As of 1 November, the balances on the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions under the general and special funds amounted to UAH 189.9 billion, which is UAH 3.8 billion more than as of 1 October.

With these resources, local governments will be able to finance their priority needs at the local level.
