In November 2025, in accordance with budget legislation, the Ministry of Finance ensured the transfer of interbudgetary transfers to the general fund of local budgets in the amount of UAH 16. 8 billion, which is 100% of the funds envisaged in the state budget for October, in particular:
- basic subsidy was transferred in the amount of UAH 2.1 billion (100%);
- additional subsidies – UAH 2.4 billion (100%).
The balance of funds in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions under the general and special funds as of December 1, 2025, amounts to UAH 167.3 billion, which is by UAH 46.7 billion more than at the beginning of 2025.
These resources will enable local authorities to continue financing priority needs at the local level.
