Ministry of Finance ensured transfers of UAH 19.6 billion to local budgets in July

In July 2026, the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with budget legislation, ensured the transfer of interbudgetary transfers to the general fund of local budgets in the amount of UAH 19.6 billion, which represents 100% of the funds provided from the State Budget for July, including:

 • Basic subsidy transferred in the amount of UAH 2.6 billion (100%);

 • Additional subsidies transferred in the amount of UAH 8.3 billion (100%).

As of August 1, the balances of funds in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions under the general and special funds amounted to UAH 146.8 billion, which is UAH 51.6 billion more than at the beginning of 2026.

Thanks to these resources, local self-government bodies continue to have the capacity to finance priority needs at the local level.
