At its meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft resolution "On Amending and Invalidating Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" developed by the Ministry of Energy. It amends a number of Government resolutions to bring them in line with the Laws of Ukraine "On Oil and Gas" and "On Amendments to Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving Legislation in the Field of Subsoil Use" of December 1, 2022. No. 2805.

In particular, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 570 dated October 16, 2014 "On Organization and Conduct of Exchange Auctions for the Sale of Crude Oil, Gas Condensate Produced Domestically and Liquefied Gas" was repealed, and the Regulation on the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine was amended accordingly.
