Ministry of Economic Development and Trade invites Ukrainian technology companies to take part in UAE Innovation Month

The Expo 2020 Organizing Committee invited Ukraine to participate in the Innovation Month which will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from February 1 to February 28, 2019. 9 countries (including Ukraine) selected among more than 200 participants of the Expo 2020 (countries and organizations) that had submitted their thematic application will participate in in UAE Innovation Month.

The invitation of Ukraine to participate in  UAE Innovation Month is outcome of successful approval and positive feedback on the thematic concept of the Ukrainian pavilion at EXPO 2020. The concept of Ukraine  encapsulates the general theme "Smart Ukraine. Connecting Dots " and envisages presentation of Ukraine as an innovative country that is developing dynamically and making significant efforts to implement smart technologies.

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is looking for inventors, start-ups, companies, institutions and individuals who have interesting, innovative products and know-how and invites them to take part in the UAE Innovation Month. Participation in the event is interactive and free.

Background

UAE Innovation Month is one of the largest innovation festivals in the world and a consolidated effort by government, the private sector and individuals to help create a widespread culture of innovation in the UAE.
