Regions with the most active land market during the war (by the number of concluded deals and by the area of land covered by the registered agreements) are as follows:
• Kirovohrad region (3.2 thousand hectares),
• Vinnytsia region (3.1 thousand hectares),
• Poltava region (3 thousand hectares),
• Khmelnytsky region (2.8 thousand hectares) and
• Dnipropetrovsk region (2.2 thousand hectares).
Over the last week, 1,154 deals were clinched within the land market covering an area of 1,989 hectares.
In general, as of today, 116,625 land agreements have been concluded over the entire period of the land market's functioning.
According to the registered deals, the land area reaches 271,773 hectares.
So far, 5,602 notaries have submitted applications for access to the State Land Cadastre - a total of 6,300 applications, of which 5,512 were approved, 786 were rejected, and 2 are in the waiting list.
Notaries work with the State Land Cadastre in usual regime.
The leaders in terms of land areas for which deals were registered through the entire period are as follows:
• Kharkiv region (37.5 thousand hectares),
• Dnipropetrovsk region (23.1 thousand hectares),
• Kirovohrad region (21.1 thousand hectares);
• Poltava region (21.1 thousand hectares);
• Kherson region (21 thousand hectares).
