Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine informs that according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 186 dated March 3, 2023, agro-industrial entities have the right to register in the State Agrarian Register (SAR) in order to submit applications for determining them as critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period.

From now on, applications for the designation of enterprises as critical, in particular in the agricultural sector, will be accepted only through the SAR.
