Citizens should receive high-quality services from the state, not stand in queues. And public service should be as simple and fast as possible. This was emphasized by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 23.
During the meeting, the Government has approved resolutions that, according to the Prime Minister, will make it easier for citizens to receive services from the state.
"First, we are talking about changes to the procedure for making electronic digital signatures to electronic contactless media. It is already possible now to place a qualified electronic signature on the ID-card. Therefore, we bring certain provisions in line to expand the possibilities of using such a signature," said Denys Shmyhal.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers supported the decision to include the Ministry of Digital Transformation in the process of developing networks of administrative services centers.
"Every community in Ukraine should have a modern and multifunctional CASP. Therefore, we expect that the Ministry of Digital Transformation will help to implement this task faster," said the Prime Minister.
