  • Information on the readiness of Ukrainian medical institutions to combat coronavirus is now available online
Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, posted 10 April 2020 14:52

With the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, online dashboards have been created to display reliable information on the fight against COVID-19 in Ukraine and to inform about the provision of the health facilities with the necessary resources. The dashboard is available online and updated daily via the link.

The analytical panels of the portal (dashboards) were developed by a working group consisting of the Deputy Ministers of Health and representatives of SE Medical Procurements of Ukraine. Dashboards contain information about medical institutions ready to receive patients, free beds and ventilators, stocks of personal protective equipment, medical personnel, etc. Information can be viewed both in Ukraine as a whole, as well as for each particular region and even medical institutions.

“The portal provides an opportunity of live monitoring of the provision in hospitals and of the quick response as needed: deliver medicines, equipment, staffing, and more. The portal also allows us to understand the real situation in the country and, I believe, it will help to stop the spread of disinformation. Now everyone can visit the website and check one or the other information online,” said Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

The website also provides up-to-date information on quarantine and coronavirus countermeasures. An interactive map of state borders and crossing points will be available shortly.

It is important that the portal contains public information in the open data format, so that everyone can freely receive, process and publish it on their own resources, using reliable data from the primary source.
