According to Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko, the generation facilities ensure the necessary capacity to meet the needs of electricity consumers across the country.

Yesterday, enemy shelling resulted in damage to equipment at one of the thermal power plants.

Over the past 24 hours, electricity supply has been restored to about 8,000 customers in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.

As of the morning, about 2,000 customers in Kyiv region and 3,800 in Odesa region were cut off due to the weather. Repair crews are working to restore power supply.
