Special commissions that decide on the assignment of subsidies must take into account all the life circumstances of the people who apply for state assistance. Volodymyr Groysman said this during A Question Time for the Government at the Verkhovna Rada.

"People may have different occasions in their lives. For this purpose, special commissions have been established on the ground that can consider the life circumstances of each particular person", said Volodymyr Groysman.

Apart from that, the Head of Government appealed to the representatives of the social protection bodies. He called for them to be in the shoes of a person who "does not have any of the documents, but has really low incomes and needs state assistance".

According to the Prime Minister, the activities of such commissions are under constant monitoring. "If we see deviations in the activities, we try to correct them", he stressed.
