The completion of construction of the take-off strip of the Odesa International Airport, which has been lasting from the fall of 2017, must be completed on time, as this is an important infrastructure object demanded by both local residents, visitors of the city and business circles of the region. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the inspection of the construction of the runway. It should be noted that from the fall of 2017, which is the moment of the solemn start of the project, the total sum allocated by the government makes up UAH 1.3 billion. At the moment, the work is in full swing. In total, a sum worth UAH 2.5 billion has been allocated for the project of airport reconstruction.
"This is the necessary thing. And we are ready to spur the process. If there is a need for additional government decisions, we are ready to consider all possibilities," Volodymyr Groysman said.
