On May 17, Energy Minister German Galushchenko met with Janez Kopač, Director of the Energy Community Secretariat.

The Minister of Energy expressed a principled position on continuing the reforms of the energy sector of Ukraine.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the financial condition of the electricity market, possible ways to balance it.

Separately, the parties discussed the certification of the transmission system operator.

German Galushchenko and Janez Kopač agreed to work closely together to consistently implement reforms and support the decarbonisation of the energy sector.
