Electronic Territorial Recruitment Centre: Digitising the process of issuing and extending deferrals – Yulia Svyrydenko

The Government has adopted a decision to introduce automatic deferral extensions, a digital application format, and the option to submit documents through the Administrative Services Centres starting 1 November. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
In particular:
- Over 600,000 Ukrainians will receive automatic extensions of their deferrals – without queues or bureaucracy.
- 80% of deferrals will be issuable online via Reserve+. The remainder can be handled through any convenient Administrative Service Centre.
- An electronic military registration document with a QR code will serve as the primary confirmation of deferral. No more paper certificates with wet seals will be required.
“This decision is a crucial part of establishing the Electronic Territorial Recruitment Centre ecosystem, aimed at shifting key services to an electronic format, enhancing transparency, and easing the burden on Territorial Recruitment Centres,” emphasised Yulia Svyrydenko.
