Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba had a telephone call with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal Paulo Rangel.
“I spoke with Paulo Rangel to congratulate him on his appointment as Portugal's Foreign Minister, discuss our bilateral agenda, and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy`s Peace Formula implementation. I appreciate Minister Rangel’s willingness to resolutely support Ukraine on its way to EU membership,” Dmytro Kuleba said.
