The Government continues to finance the programme for the installation of alternative energy sources for citizens and businesses under the Winter Support. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on 13 December.

According to the Head of Government, under this initiative, businesses, condominiums and private households can receive grants and soft loans to install solar power plants, energy storage and other energy equipment.

Denys Shmyhal also said that hundreds of businesses and private households had already benefited from the affordable lending programmes.

He also added that there are 121 projects under the GreenDIM grant programme for condominiums, and this number is constantly growing.
