  • Denys Maliuska and Iryna Mudra held a series of meetings with representatives of the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Congress and the U.S. Treasury to discuss areas of cooperation

    Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denys Maliuska and Deputy Minister of Justice Iryna Mudra met with Todd Robinson, Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The meeting was part of an official visit of the Ukrainian delegation to Washington.

    Denys Maliuska and Iryna Mudra also met with U.S. House of Representatives Congressman French Hill and U.S. Department of the Treasury representatives Addar Levi and Brian McCauley.

    During the meetings, the participants discussed the implementation of anti-corruption reforms in Ukraine, the introduction of a compensation mechanism, the confiscation of russian assets and further financial support for Ukraine.

    The Deputy Minister of Justice noted that compensation for the damage caused to Ukraine by the war was critically important.

    In addition, Denys Maliuska and Iryna Mudra held a series of meetings with representatives of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Congress.
