Andrii Sybiha to visit Brussels today

On Monday, June 23, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha is scheduled to pay a visit to Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister is to take part in a meeting of the European Union Foreign Affairs Council at the invitation of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas.

The Minister will inform his European colleagues about the current situation on the battlefield, Ukraine's priority defense needs, among which the main one is to strengthen air defense capabilities, and the need for strong sanctions steps to be taken to increase pressure on the aggressor.

The Foreign Minister will pay special attention to the importance of further steps towards Ukraine's accession to the EU.

Andrii Sybiha will also hold a number of separate bilateral talks with Ukraine's European partners and meet with experts.
